- Adverse events should be reported. You may report adverse events or product defects directly to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Reporting forms and information can be found at https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk or search for MHRA in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
